How to eat (1) Place a shabu-shabu in a jumonji (a small rice bowl) and divide into four equal portions.
How to eat (2) Serve a quarter of the rice in a bowl and eat the first serving as it is.
How to eat (3) The second serving is topped with yakumi (condiments) for a different taste.
How to eat (4) The third serving is "una chazuke" (broth topped with broth).
