Our courses can be enjoyed not only in the evening but also in the daytime.

One of the attractions of this restaurant is the large number of items such as sashimi, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), and five different types of hachisun (appetizers) using fresh seafood.

And for the main course, we will serve "small eel hitsu-mabushi".

Please eat it as it is first.

The dish can be enjoyed twice by mixing the tea broth with the yakumi (Japanese condiments) that accompanies the dish.
