~We have several types of products available.
The sake introduced here is "Hyakujuro" by Hayashi Honten, a Gifu sake brewery founded in 1920.
We have "red side" and "black side" for you to choose from.
■Hyakujuro Akamen 664 yen (tax excluded)
Slightly fragrant rice aroma. It is sharp, dry, and umami.
It goes well with the sweet and spicy eel sauce.
You can drink it without getting tired of it.
■Hyakujuro black mask 909 yen (tax not included)
Gorgeous and fruity aroma.
Junmai Daiginjo with a pleasant balance of subtle sweetness and elegant acidity.
