With summer in full swing, the festival season has finally arrived!
This year, too, we would like to enjoy fireworks, goldfish scooping, cotton candy, and other summer customs to the fullest.

We use "blue eel," which is highly prized and is said to be "fantastic.
The meaty and tender green eel, even the tail, is carefully and slowly grilled with a sauce that is not available outside the gate.
The technique of sauce, handling, charbroiling, and everything else.
