The sauce, which has a 25-year history and has never been seen outside of Japan, is indispensable to the eel of Oka Tomi's.

As a legitimate successor of "Unafuji," we have been delivering the taste of "Unafuji" to our customers since the opening of our restaurant by acquiring the sauce, which has never been shared with anyone else.
In addition, we stably procure "blue eel," which is considered rare and "phantom.
This eel is bright blue in color, fleshy to the tail, and tender.
