It is one of the few eel specialty restaurants where you can enjoy the rare "blue eel" liver.
Hamaguri" is used in the broth for Hitsu-mabushi chazuke.

Six craftsmen trained for several years at the famous eel restaurant "Unafuji" in Nagoya, and then split up to form our restaurant, "Unagi Oka Fuji".
We are particular about the selection of eels, the way they are handled, skewered, and char-grilled to perfection.
Thick-fleshed and fatty eels are hard to find in other restaurants.
We also accept reservations for private rooms, although there may be a line at certain times of the day.
