We are proud of the carefully selected eels we procure for their size and quality, and the sauce we have inherited from the famous "Una Fuji" restaurant.
We offer exquisite hitsu-mabushi and unajyu (sea urchin) dishes that are handled, skewered, and grilled with the skill of our chefs, and of course, we also serve sake to go with them.
In addition to our standard beverages, we offer a variety of sake and shochu that go well with eel.
