Hello! I'm Eel Woo Okafuji, in charge of PR.

I hope you are all doing well in the lingering summer heat that is still lingering well into September.

We want as many people as possible to enjoy our delicious eel, and with this in mind, we have trained ourselves to be a connoisseur of eel and have acquired skills in handling, skewering, and charcoal grilling.

Based on the knowledge and skills we have cultivated, we carefully prepare and serve each fish individually.

Of course, technology alone is not enough to cover the tradition.

We have been offering the taste of Unafuji since the opening of our restaurant by acquiring the sauce, which has never been shared with others.
