Place the clams in a pot filled with broth and wait until their mouths open.
Once the mouth is open, serve with a squeeze of vinegared fruit, if desired.
You can simply enjoy the original flavor of clams.

The broth from the clam is concentrated in the soup stock, resulting in a rich and exquisite soup.
