This time, we will introduce a course meal for the evening.

 

Evening meal course: 8,000 yen (tax included)

Course Contents (total 7 dishes)

clam shabu shabu shabu, three leaves, vinegared tachibana

Seasonal Sashimi

Hime turban shell, medium fatty tuna, sea bream

Chilled steamed egg custard with ginkgo and lily burb

With mushrooms aroma and crab meat fragments.

8 pieces of different sizes

grilled barracuda with salted malt

Unagi (eel) and wasabi seaweed roll

fried myoga with miso

wax gourd with yuba

Shikaku-mame with sesame paste

Small eel and eel eel eel

three kinds of spices (cayenne, sesame, and Japanese pepper)

pickled vegetables

Hojicha Blancmange

Please note that the menu is subject to change depending on the availability of ingredients.

We also offer a 6,000 yen (tax included) and 10,000 yen (tax included) meal course. Please contact us for details.

 

This special course is available only in the evening. In addition to authentic Japanese dishes such as clam shabu shabu shabu with broth, seasonal sashimi, and appetizers, you can also enjoy hittu-mabushi.
