At our restaurant, you can taste unagi in various forms, including unagi donburi, hitsu-mabushi, and unaju (eel stew).
We recommend the limited edition "Gobi-iri" (with liver).
The liver is opened from the belly and removed in a beautiful, plump shape.
Eel bowls with liver and hittu-mabushi (rice bowl with eel liver) are one of the specialties of the restaurant.
