I am the PR person in charge of unagi (eel) Okafuji.
How is everyone doing these days as we await the spring breeze?
Now, we would like to introduce our signature eel.

Okafuji's eels are bright blue in color and are purchased by connoisseurs of eels that are meaty and tender right down to the tail.
We only source a stable supply of really good eels, which are only about 20% of the total eel harvest.
We also received a bottle of Fuji's sauce, which has never been shared before.
Please come to Okafuji for an exquisite bowl of eel, prepared with the utmost in skill in all aspects of eel processing and charcoal grilling.

Eel bowls are available from 2,850 yen (tax included), and Hitsumabushi is available from 4,100 yen (tax included).
Also recommended are the "eel bowl with liver" and "hitsu-mabushi with liver.
This item is available in limited quantities, but the eel bowl with liver starts at 4,100 yen (tax included), and the hitsu-mabushi with liver starts at 5,350 yen (tax included).
