How to eat Hitsumabushi
Here, we would like to reintroduce the "Hitsu-mabushi" method of serving.
First, divide the Hitsumabushi into 4 equal portions.

The third cup . Lightly dressed with dashi broth in ochazuke.
The 4th cup . Enjoy it any way you like.
