The "Gobyaki", a typical eel delicacy, is a gem that combines the richness of the liver with the sauce.

While retaining just the right amount of fat, the meat is cooked slowly over charcoal to give it an aromatic flavor and crispy skin!

The flavor that spreads out slowly is a texture and taste that can only be obtained by direct grilling. This item is available in limited quantities.

Vinegared eel and cucumber.

The fluffy texture of the eel and the crunchiness of the cucumber go very well together.

We also recommend this delicacy menu!

Eel stew 800 yen (tax included)

The flavor of the eel is concentrated in a very refined taste.

The thick, glossy eel coated with sauce is a dish that will thrill your heart.
