Eel delicacies" available only at night

"Eel delicacies" available at night only.

Hello! I'm the PR person in charge of Eel Woo Okafuji.

Saturday, July 27 will be the day of the Ox.
Famous as a summer food for nourishing energy, eel is an efficient source of minerals and vitamin B1, which builds endurance.

Please come and try Okafuji's eel not only on Saturday's Ox day, but also to get through the summer with a healthy body.

Now, I would like to introduce "Eel Delicacies," a menu item available only at night.

Nightly limited menu "Eel Delicacies."

If you have never had this dish, we hope you will try it at least once.

◆Gamon-yaki (limited edition) 1,130 yen (tax included)
The "Yaki Gobyaki", a typical eel delicacy, is an excellent combination of the richness of the liver and the sauce.
This item is available in limited quantities.

◆Uzakku 800 yen (tax included)
Vinegared eel and cucumber.
The fluffy texture of the eel and the crunchy texture of the cucumber go very well together in this dish.

◆Eel stew 800 yen (tax included)
The flavor of the eel is concentrated in a very refined taste.
This dish should be served as an appetizer for the main course.

◆Eel pillow: Nagayaki/shiroayaki 800 yen (tax included)
It is a menu item that is rarely seen elsewhere, with eel on top of kamaboko.
The refreshing taste and elasticity of the fish paste and the fluffy texture of the eel make it an exquisite delicacy.

We hope you will try it when you visit us.

Health benefits of eels.

The B vitamins found in eel are essential for metabolism, which converts dietary carbohydrates and fats into energy for activity.
It is also known as the "vitamin of metabolism.

In the hot season, people tend to enjoy thirst-quenching foods such as somen noodles and chilled chuka (chilled Chinese noodles).

But if that's all you do, you can easily become deficient in vitamin B1, which is consumed to convert carbohydrates, the main nutritional component of noodles, into energy.

If there is a deficiency of B vitamins, it is difficult to convert food into energy, and as a result, so-called summer fatigue symptoms, such as tiredness and lethargy, can easily occur.

Eating eels to cheer up can be considered a summer custom.

This time, we introduced "Eel Delicacies," a limited menu for the evening.

We are particular about the size and quality of our eels, and offer exquisite hitsu-mabushi and unajyu (eel stew) by not only using the 25-year old Kadoguchi sauce, but also by improving the techniques of eel handling, charcoal grilling, and all other processes to their highest peak.

Please try the authentic taste completely inherited from "Unafuji", one of the top 0.151 TP3T, TOP1000 restaurants in Japan, at Gyoenza Tower in Nagoya.

The entire staff looks forward to serving you.
