The restaurant offers a limited quantity of eel bowls.

~The taste of "unadon" (bowl of eel rice topped with rice topped with eel) is unique to Okafuji, who knows the essence of eel.

The sauce of "Unafuji", which is the result of 25 years of history, is a sauce that has never been shared with anyone else and is not available outside the gate.
The taste of Okafuji is completed by the use of the sauce that has been handed down to us.

We want as many people as possible to enjoy our delicious eels... With this desire in mind, our trained and experienced chefs carefully and wholeheartedly grill the eels and serve them to you.

◎What is the nutritional value of eels?

The B vitamins found in eel are essential for metabolism, which converts dietary carbohydrates and fats into energy for activity.

It is also known as the "vitamin of metabolism.

When it's hot, you just can't help but feel the taste of refreshing foods such as somen noodles and chilled chuka (chilled noodles).

But if that's all you do, you can easily become deficient in vitamin B1, which is consumed to convert carbohydrates, the main nutritional component of noodles, into energy.
