Blue eel, as the name suggests, is an eel with a slightly bluish body color.

We purchase only the really tasty eels on a stable basis,
We carefully prepare and serve each fish based on the knowledge and skills we have cultivated.

Unagi Uka Fuji" was established as a branch of the nationally renowned eel restaurant "Unafuji".
We have taken over the secret sauce that the owner of "Unafuji" has kept for 25 years.
The eel is grilled in a sauce that has never been seen outside of the restaurant, and the aroma, texture, and taste of the eel are all superb.
