The fluffy texture of the eel and the crunchiness of the cucumber go very well together.

The flavor of the eel is concentrated in a very refined taste.
This dish should be served as an appetizer for the main course.
◆Eel pillow: Nagayaki/shiroayaki 800 yen (tax included)
It is a menu item that is rarely seen elsewhere, with eel on top of kamaboko.
The refreshing taste and elasticity of the fish paste and the fluffy texture of the eel make it an exquisite delicacy.
All of them are genuine eel delicacies only available at our restaurant, which has been separated from the long-established Eel Fuji.
