How is everyone doing?

Now, we would like to introduce "Hitsumabushi," a Nagoya meshi that has been loved in Nagoya for many years.

If you want to taste Hitsumabushi in Sakae, come to our restaurant!

~We use one rank higher eel.

The restaurant opened as a branch of the nationally renowned eel restaurant "Unafuji",
Hitsu-mabushi" using "green eel" similar to unafuji is available from 4,840 yen (tax included).

This blue eel is a blue-backed eel with soft skin and elegant flavorful flesh, and is said to be a fantastic high-end fish.
Of course, the regular size eel is also excellent, but we use only the especially large 3-piece size (about 330 grams) blue eel.
Not only is it large in size, but it is also exceptionally fatty and tasty.

The green eel is covered with a sauce that has never been seen outside of Japan, and grilled over charcoal to a fluffy, aromatic flavor,
It is spread generously over rice and served with condiments and dashi broth.

How about a birthday, anniversary, meeting, or any other occasion when you want to spend more luxury than usual?
Once you try it, you will surely be captivated by its deliciousness.

 

~How to enjoy Hitsujimabushi...

After dividing the eel and rice in the hitto into four equal portions using a rice scoop
It can be enjoyed in four different ways.
 
 1: At first, enjoy the original flavor of the eel as it is.
 2: Next, top with the condiments that come with the hitsu-mabushi.
 3: Pour dashi broth over the condiments from step 2 and serve with dashi chazuke.
 4: Finally, please eat it the way you like it best.
 
Hitsumabushi can be enjoyed in a variety of ways and is very satisfying.
