I am the PR person in charge of unagi (eel) Okafuji.
It is now the season when it is hard to get out of bed in the morning.
How is everyone doing?
Now, we would like to introduce our signature eel dishes.
We hope you will enjoy our food when you visit us.
Hitsumabushi is a typical dish of Nagoya.
~Hitsu-mabushi can be enjoyed in a variety of ways.
At our restaurant, you can taste eel dishes using our special blue eel.
All of our eel dishes are exquisite, and we are proud of the quality of our eels as well as the skill of our craftsmen!
We would like to introduce the famous "Hitsu-mabushi", which we hope you will try.
Hitsumabushi, one of Nagoya's delicacies, can be enjoyed in three different ways in a single dish.
To eat, first divide the hitsujimabushi into four equal portions.
The first cup should be tasted as it is.
The second bowl is served with condiments on top.
The third bowl is served with dashi broth, chazuke style.
The last cup is then served in the way you prefer to eat it.
We recommend the "Hitsu-Mabushi", which is an excellent dish that will make you feel luxurious while you wonder how to eat until the last piece of food.
