Blue eel is a very rare eel with thin skin and excellent taste, and is also called "Yokozuna of the West.
It is also known as the finest eel in the Tsukiji market.

Our chefs are trained to handle, skewer, and char-grill green eels,
Each fish is carefully prepared while locking in its flavor and fat content, and served in a boxed lunch box.
