At Okafuji, the first branch of the restaurant that specializes in charcoal-grilled eel [Unafuji], which attracts a large lineup of customers,
We have prepared an order item so that more people can taste our eel.
Even though it is ordered, the eel used is an extra-large blue eel, just like in the restaurant.
They are bright blue in color and have a body that looks like it is about to be ripped off, and even their tails are fleshy and soft,
It is a superb eel with plenty of fat.
Craftsmen who have been trained and mastered the techniques of eel connoisseurship, processing, skewering, and charcoal grilling,
Each fish is carefully prepared and delivered to you while locking in the flavor and fat content.
