I am the PR person in charge of unagi (eel) Okafuji.
It is now November and the days are getting shorter and shorter.

Now, we would like to introduce you to some of Okafuji's recommended eels, which can be enjoyed with the utmost care.

Our eels are bright blue in color, and we use rare blue eels that are meaty and tender, even down to the tail.
The eels are handled by skilled chefs and grilled over a charcoal fire for an exceptional taste.
Among the excellent products using the finest eels, we would like to introduce the "Hitsu-mabushi", a highly recommended item.
Nagoya is famous for its "Hitsumabushi.
Hitsumabushi, a typical Nagoya delicacy, can of course be enjoyed at our restaurant.
Nationally famous hitsujimabushi is also unique in its way of eating.
1. First, divide the contents into four equal portions.
2. Place the eel and rice on a small plate and taste as it is.
3. Mix condiments and taste.
4. Taste with dashi broth.
5. Finally, taste it in your favorite way.
Hitsumabushi can be enjoyed in three different ways in one bowl, making it a very luxurious experience.
