I am the PR person in charge of unagi (eel) Okafuji.
It is the season when the greenery sprouting in the rain is tasteful.
How is everyone doing?
In this blog, we will introduce an evening meal course featuring a sumptuous selection of eel and other fresh fish dishes.

Hitsu-mabushi uses very rare "blue eel," which is soft and meaty, even down to the tail.
Of course it is delicious as it is, but we will also serve it with three kinds of condiments and clam broth,

Seasonal sashimi (Hime turban shell/medium fatty tuna/golden sea bream)
Chilled steamed egg custard with ginkgo, lily burb with mushrooms and crab meat
